Can the AI Studio Support Team assume the identity of my user account?

We do not have the system in place to allow the AI Studio Support Team to assume the identity of another user in AI Studio. The only way to become a user in the User Interface is to know the username and password and login regularly. Since passwords are encrypted, this would require knowing the password or directly hacking the authentication system.
